Dr. Joshua D. Jensen is the Dean of the College of Business and Professor of Business at Northwest Nazarene University. He received a Doctor of Education degree in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwest Nazarene University, a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University Northridge, Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management from the University of LaVerne, and an Associate of Arts degree in Speech Communication. He also holds certification through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). His research interests include leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, and organizational learning.
