Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the authorities responsible where the work was carried out. However, we accept submissions that have previously appeared on preprint servers (for example: arXiv, bioRxiv, Nature Precedings, Philica, Social Science Research Network, and Vixra); have previously been presented at conferences; or have previously appeared in other “non-journal” venues (for example: blogs or posters). Authors are responsible for updating the archived preprint with the journal reference (including DOI) and a link to the published articles on the appropriate journal website upon publication.
The publisher and journals have a zero-tolerance plagiarism policy. We check the issue using two methods: a plagiarism prevention tool (iThenticate) and a reviewer check. All submissions will be checked by iThenticate before being sent to reviewers.
We insist a rigorous viewpoint on the self-plagiarism. The self-plagiarism is plagiarism, as it fails to contribute to the research and science.
AI Usage Policy
Authors are permitted to utilize AI tools as a research aid, a means of data analysis, and a language enhancement tool. However, any content generated through the use of AI must be explicitly disclosed within the manuscript. This disclosure should detail the specific AI tool(s) employed and the extent of their contribution to the work. Authors retain sole responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of all submitted content. AI tools should not be listed as co-authors on the manuscript. Journals reserve the right to reject submissions where AI usage has not been appropriately disclosed or where such usage has been deemed inappropriate. This policy is intended to uphold ethical standards within the academic community.
Deposit Policy / Archiving Policy
We follow Sherpa/Romeo's green archiving policy. Both pre-print and post-print or publisher's version/PDF can be archived, without restrictions.
Waiver Policy
We charge authors an article processing charge for each article they publish. This charge helps the open-access journals to cover their operational expenses.
To maintain fairness and transparency for all authors, we do not waive these fees. Ensuring that all contributors pay the same APC helps us avoid inequities and guarantees that every published article receives the same level of professional service, including rigorous peer review, editing, and global dissemination.
Refund Policy
We implement a reasonable refund policy based on the publishing status.
- Fully refund: online version is unpublished
- Half refund: online version is published and print version is unpublished
- No refund: both the online and print version are published
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
- Awareness of Publication Fee: Please note that this is an open-access journal, and an article processing charge (APC) is required to support rigorous peer review, professional editing, and global dissemination of your research.
Ensure the manuscript follows APA style guidelines for references and includes DOI persistent links to those that have DOIs (see Paper Submission Guide for details).
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
