This research paper explores the creative metaphorical dimensions of the novel "Moby Dick" by Herman Melville. Through his imaginative metaphorical dimensions, Melville, a brilliant artist, has demonstrated a healthy relationship between the temporal and the eternal. The novelist's best work results from the fusion of Naturalistic Truth and figurative aspects. In this case, Moby Dick is both a novel and an experience of Ahab to discover the white whale.
